Advanced Boring to Brilliant Speaker Coaching - "Refresher" Course
Who is it for: C-Suite executives and top leaders who already have alot of experience with public speaking, but have challenges such as stage fright, message clarity or or they want to be even better with messaging, storytelling and confidence.
It is all about improving your presentation skills, visibility, confidence, personal introduction, and executive presence.
This is a 3 session program of 60-75 minutes for professionals who want to improve your communication skills for presentations, pitches or interpersonal contact in group meetings and raise your confidence.
CUSTOMIZED - We will focus on the communication challenges you are facing on a weekly basis or upcoming events and what you want to improve and I will give you some tips and tricks on how to handle them. Your own personal communication coach behind the scenes to help you. Going for promotion or have an improvement plan, come work with me!
REVIEW - We discuss what happened over the last week - what worked and what didn't.
LEARNING - You will be learning something new about relevant topics of interest to you: executive presence and visibility, personal pitch interview skills, presentation skills, how to tell your own hero/shero story and virtual speaking – we will choose from this “menu” on the 1st call about what we will discuss in each of the 4 sessions.
PRACTICE – You will get time to practice your pitch, presentation, personal introduction etc. there will be time for practicing and feedback on how to make it even better.
COMING UP - We also look at what is coming up for your week and what you can do to prepare to be sharp and confident.
There will be short homework assignments each week and you can share wins or challenges in between the sessions. There is a check-in-call at the beginning to set improvement goals and expectations and an end-of-program call to make sure these areas are covered and improved.
At the end of this training, you will have learned new things to help you be a better communicator, tips on how to manage challenging situations and had time to practice these new things.
