Here is How the Finishing Touch - The Human Factor Program Works

Step 1: Book an appointment with me or sign up in Calendly. Payment in advance. Get ready for something powerful and profound...

 Step 2: Before the session:

You submit your draft (any format, any origin — human or AI and slides) plus a brief context note: audience, occasion, stakes. I review the materials in advance, so session time is pure strategy, not discovery. You also will receive an e-book version of my popular Boring to Brilliant! An Inspirational Guide for Speakers which has 200+ tips on storytelling and delivery with nuances to keep it human!

 

Step 3: The 90-minute online session

Online call in Zoom with diagnostic review across five dimensions: story structure, human voice/gestures, authentic delivery,  executive presence, and opening/closing impact. Concrete edits, not vague encouragement. 

 

Step 4: Written summary

A post-session A4 action brief: key changes, priority fixes, and suggestions as you practice what we have created. Recording of the discussion will be shared after the call. 

 

Step 5: 7-day WhatsApp support

Quick questions and last-minute nerves handled via WhatsApp for 7 days post-session. You're not on your own after the call ends.
