Whether you are preparing for a keynote, pitch, leadership presentation, or important business conversation—this executive coaching experience is designed to help you show up with clarity, confidence, and impact.

This is a LIVE 3 session program  of 90-minutes for professionals.

This is not generic presentation training. This is a personalized, results-driven coaching journey focused on your communication challenges, improvement areas and desire to bring your presentation skills to a higher level. 

You will learn new ways to structure powerful content, tell stories that truly connect, and deliver your message with confidence, authority, and authenticity—so people not only listen, but remember you. Plenty of time for practice with expert feedback, too.

This customized program is delivered live at your location and is structured as follows:

Session 1: Message Mastery - (Clarity & Structure) We begin with a structured conversation about your biggest communications challenges, goals and upcoming speaking opportunities.

Together we create a strong foundation (with our without an AI script) for your presentation by developing a “master script.” Using the Anatomy of Brilliant Speech super tool, you will learn how to structure your message in a clear, logical and impactful way. You will leave this session with 1) clarity on how to define your core message, 2) a structured and simple outline for your presentation 3) a speech preparation methodology that you can use for any future speaking engagements.

Between sessions you will have light homework and will prepare a brief presentation with 2-3 stories develop for the next session.

Session 2: Magnetic Storytelling – (Connection & Engagement) In this session, we bring your message to life. Together, we will craft and integrate relevant, authentic business stories that make your message memorable and engaging. We will strengthen your opening, closing and call-to- action to create a lasting impression. AI cannot help you with this!

Session 3:  Executive Presence & Delivery – (Owning the Room) Now we focus on how you deliver your message and put it all together. We will refine your voice, vocal variety, body language and gestures, stage presence and executive presence. You will learn many clever nuances to keep your energy up and your audience engaged. We will also review your slides, (if applicable), to ensure they are clear, concise and impactful. You will actively practice key parts of your presentation and receive direct, constructive feedback to help you build confidence and consistency. AI cannot help you with this - but I can!

Additional Support and Value

Direct Access Between Sessions – You will have the opportunity to share drafts, questions or thoughts between sessions on WhatsApp and receive feedback to maintain momentum and progress. If you have talks in between, you can ask me about structure, storytelling, delivery or anything else!
